This is mostly a nature blog, but it also serves as my personal blog. Sometimes I post absolutely random things that have to do with my interests, such as Harry Potter, or books I've read, or movies I've watched.

The blog is 80% nature, 15% personal, and 5% random. I like talking to people I follow.

I have two dogs (a Great Dane and a bulldog/pug mix), a cat, and four rats.

I do post about my medical problems here, as well. I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, scoliosis, sciatica, and my spine is fused to my pelvis. I also have migraines, asthma, anxiety, and depression. I've only been recently diagnosed and I know my journey with my medical problems isn't over yet.

My favourite shows include Doctor Who, Dexter, Walking Dead, Grey's Anatomy, and How I Met Your Mother. I'm sure there's more, but you know.

I absolutely love Mumford & Sons.

I'm stereotypically Canadian, and I enjoy politics, particularly American. I have strong opinions and the people I enjoy talking to best are the ones who can accept that not everyone will always believe the same things.

If you've read all of this, you're awesome. I'm also very wordy.

So, my dog has been panting a lot lately, acting kind of funny, and then today she expelled bloody discharge. I swear to God, if my dog is in heat I’m going to throw a fit at the vet… you know, considering she’s spayed. They said the likelihood of accidentally leaving an ovary behind was slim, but if that’s what it is… omg. Seriously.

Just because of the discharge I’m wondering… what are some symptoms of a dog in heat?
